For the changes of heart...
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note if we receive the item and it does not conform to the above conditions we will not issue a refund and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping if they wish to have this item sent back.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded
To arrange a refund, please follow these steps
- You must email us at email@example.com. Put REFUND in the title along with your original order ID. Please detail the items you wish to have returned.
- Please explain if you would like a refund, a replacement or an exchange.
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
- Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven't received your item we cannot process any refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We will process your return as quickly as possible. You should receive a refund within 2 weeks, however if you have not please follow these steps;
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items returned back to PRINTZ by Poppy from our delivery partners
Packages will be sent back to PRINTZ by Poppy in the event of an unsuccessful delivery having exceeded the time period awaiting customer collection. In most cases the delivery partner will leave a slip with details of the missed delivery, sometimes this is not the case. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping using the email link provided when purchasing.
If you wish to receive a refund any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; PRINTZ by Poppy reserve the right to refund the price of the goods ONLY, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
If you wish to have the package sent out again, PRINTZ by Poppy reserve the right to charge additionally for the second shipping.
