HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS ?

FRANCE :

Free delivery on orders over 25 EUR  
Orders less than or equal to 25 EUR = 4.80 EUR 

EU :

Free delivery on orders over 25 EUR  
Orders less than or equal to 25 EUR = 5.50 EUR

REST OF WORLD :

Free delivery on orders over 25 EUR  
Orders less than or equal to 25 EUR = 14.50 EUR

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

FRANCE : 

Standard Tracked Delivery  
Delivery within 4 to 7 working days* of placing the order. 

EU : 

Standard International Tracked Delivery    
Delivery within 5 to 11 working days* of placing the order. 

*for non-mainland areas of the EU such as Azores, Madeira & Canary Islands please expect longer shipping times. 

Rest of World : 

Standard International Tracked Delivery   
Delivery between 7 to 14 working days* of placing the order. 

*Please note for non-EU countries, customs charges and delays may occur (can be up to 20 days in some cases) and are of no responsibility of PRINTZ by Poppy. Any associated customs costs must be paid in full by the customer.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

We supply tracking IDs for all packages to help trace where your package is at anytime. Please keep in mind the tracking may not reflect any action for up to 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

HOW DO I RETURN OR REFUND AN ORDER ? 

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note if we receive the item and it does not conform to the above conditions we will not issue a refund and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping if they wish to have this item sent back.

WHERE ARE OUR CLOTHES MADE ?

Our clothes are mainly made in Asia (Bangladesh and China)  and all of our linen garments are made exclusively in Portugal.  If you want more information on the production and the certifications of our supplier Stanley/Stella, please visit their website www.stanleystella.com

ARE OUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED ?

Most of our supplier Stanley/Stella products are certified. The GOTS standard applies to all of 100% organic cotton garments, the OCS Blended standard applies to the products that are made of several materials (Cotton/Polyester,  Cotton/Tencel, Cotton/Rayon, Cotton/Wool). OCS 100 (only for the Stanley  Acts and Stella Likes garments). The garments also meet the Oek Tex  standard and are Reach Compliant.
Stanley/Stella are affiliated to the Fairwear Foundation and so they can guarantee that all of their products are ethically made.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS ?

The clothes comply with the textile industry standards and requirements.  Washing instructions are written on the label of each garment. Please follow them to ensure that our garments last as long as possible.
 In order to remain environmentally friendly, we recommend you wash your  clothes at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and that you do not use a  dryer.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A SIZE ?

Each garment has a sheet that indicates the different measurements per size. This will help you choose the size you need.
